Urgent mental health help
If you are concerned about yourself or someone around you and feel they may be having a behavioral health crisis, please do not hesitate to reach out to one of the resources below.
Behavioral Health concerns can include mental health or substance use related situations where you or someone around you may be a danger to self or others.

Dating violence, sexual assault & stalking
Regardless of what has happened, you are not to blame for the harm you have experienced. Give yourself space to prioritize your own well-being and recovery. As a UCSC student you have access to a full range of support services, including accommodations, medical care, emotional support, and advocacy services.
Confidential resources
If you have recently experienced a sexual assault, confidential support services can help you understand your rights and options. An advocate can also assist and accompany you to make a report, should you choose to do so.

CARE advocates offer free confidential services including crisis intervention, accompaniment, academic support, accommodations, safety planning, and case management.
